It starts off quite demanding physically but ends with a meditation involves you so completely. Really need to practise this one, especially the meditation. Your focus has to be so complete otherwise you start to panic. The best way to get through is to be as calm and still as possible.

Yesterdays class was all about meditation on yourself, giving you some time in the day that is only yours. It was challenging in a different way, rather than the usual physical asanas, it concentrated on you focusing your mind. Definitely one i need to do more often, as it lets you lay down your goals for the future.
